Nicole Falkiner-McGrath
Senior Property Manager
Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge & expertise to Ray White Port Noarlunga.
Growing up in country Victoria with a brother and two sisters where her father was a policeman and mother a nurse. She and her siblings grew up understanding the values of honesty, respect and kindness and now Nicole takes great pride in sharing these values with her own two children.
Nicole is a resilient, competitive and fun loving person by nature. From a young age, she blossomed as a track and field athlete, earning a 21 year, unbroken record in long jump. She also excelled in sprinting, high jump, tennis, and horse riding. But country Victoria could not contain her, and so International level horse riding brought her to South Australia, where she trained under dual Olympian, Scott Keach.
In 1998, Nicole completed a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Psychology, but in 1999, her true passions of people and property beckoned, and she commenced her career in Real Estate. Since then, she has worked in a variety of roles, including Community Housing, Sales Support, and Commercial and Residential Property Management. During that time, she has received a multitude of awards in recognition of her exemplary customer service and procurement skills in residential management.
In her own words Nicole is “firm but fair” ensuring her properties are maintained to the highest standards. With over 20 years of industry experience she is as professional and capable as they come.
Nicole has a genuine, likable nature and we truly love having her as an integral member of our team.
